G Cubed Metals Ltd is a consultancy company established by Jonathan Spall with a mission is to help organisations navigate their way through the sometimes arcane world of precious metals: be they experienced market users or a newcomer seeking to transact in precious metals for the first time.
Jonathan has over 30 years of experience in metals markets working for some of the largest names in the Commodities business: Credit Suisse, Chase Manhattan Bank, Deutsche Bank and Barclays. His experience has taken him around the world including working for 9 years in Asia/Pacific. During this long career he has worked with central banks, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, asset managers, investors, private banks, miners, refiners, industrial users, family offices, wealth managers and consumers.
He is the author of two books on the workings of the gold market; both of which were published by McGraw Hill.
Jonathan has been a columnist for the Financial Times and is regularly quoted in publications around the world
